L4H Foundation organized its comprehensive Free Community Medical Camp at Ashapur Tea Garden in Naxalbari, Darjeeling, West Bengal. Daily wage workers in remote tea gardens often lack access to diagnostic clinics and ignore physical illness due to financial constraints.
Supported by Erbe Medical India Pvt. Ltd. (under corporate CSR), the camp provided 125 adults with free diagnostic blood profiles in partnership with Thyrocare Kolkata, covering Complete Hemogram, Kidney/Liver functions, thyroid, Lipid profile, and sugar tests. Five registered general consultants provided free prescriptions and distributed medicines.
